Meet Melanie Fitch

Education and Credentials

Melanie Fitch has a bachelor’s and master’s degree with a specialization in Holistic Social Work. Melanie has been a Wellness Consultant for ten years and has 30 years’ experience preparing Vegan and plant-based cuisine. Melanie lived and studied in the Middle East, completing Conflict Resolution training, she completed the YWCA’s Sexual Assault Crisis Intervention Training, and has spent several years with Trinity Services educating and counseling individuals experiencing mental illness and developmental disabilities.

Approach:

Melanie uses a holistic approach to mental health with her clients. Factors in a person’s life and environment reveal much when seeking the source of problems, or solutions to challenges. Assessing a person’s home/school or work environment, their eating and sleep habits, even who they socialize with and where, can reveal much regarding their mental, spiritual, and physical wellbeing.
