Approach:

Henry works to create a judgment-free, open, and safe environment for you to authentic. Henry believes in providing psycho-education to help clients better understand themselves and their needs, while guiding them to develop healthy coping skills, regulate emotions, and incorporate their strengths to find balance in their lives.

Target Population:

Henry has experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults from a variety of backgrounds.

Issues Addressed:

Henry has worked with a wide range of issues such as loss/grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress. Henry works to provide the client with the best approach possible to meet their
needs.

Types of Therapy Used:

Henry uses a wide variety of therapeutic modalities, the most often used being: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play & Art Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed
Therapy.
